• 가격은 작업 시간 및 난이도 등을 고려하여 책정되었습니다.
• 선입금만 가능합니다.
• 커미션 요청을 확인한 이후에는 부분 환불 및 전액 환불이 불가능합니다. (단, 저희의 실수인 경우는 제외됩니다.)

■ 제작 기간
• 일반 제작 기간: 10일 ~ 14일
• 빠른 제작 기간: 24시간 ~ 3일 ~ 7일
※ 빠른 작업 커미션의 경우, 첫 번째 프리뷰를 받은 후 24시간 이내에 피드백을 주셔야 합니다.
24시간이 지난 후에는 추가 비용이 발생합니다.

■ 파일 제공
• 제공 파일 형식: PSD / JPG / PNG / PDF
• 무료 수정 가능 횟수: 최대 2회
• 원본 양식에 포함되지 않은 수정 사항 (문구, 아이콘, 캐릭터 포인트, 패턴 등)은 추가 비용이 발생합니다.
• 전체적인 수정은 추가 비용을 지불하셔도 진행이 불가능합니다.

■ 데이터 보관 및 수정
• 메일 발송 후 데이터 보관 기간: 최대 15일
• 메일 발송 후 수정 및 재발송은 추가 비용이 발생합니다. (단, 저희의 실수는 예외입니다.)
ㄴ 기본가의 50% + 수정 최대 1회로 진행됩니다.

■ 커뮤니케이션 및 기타 유의사항
• 절대로 재촉하지 말아 주세요.
• 과도한 요청은 거부되며, 무례한 메시지는 답변하지 않습니다.
• 7일 이내 피드백이 수신되지 않을 경우, 별도의 통보 없이 커미션이 자동 취소됩니다.
• 저작권이 포함된 리소스 사용에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
■ Pricing & Payment
• Prices are set based on the required work time and level of difficulty.
• Advance payment only.
• Once a commission request has been confirmed, partial or full refunds are not available (unless it is our fault).

■ Production Period
• Standard turnaround time: 10 to 14 days
• Expedited turnaround time: 24 hours / 3 days or 7 days
※ For expedited commissions, feedback must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the first preview.
Additional fees will be charged if feedback is delayed beyond 24 hours.

■ File Delivery
• Provided formats: PSD / JPG / PNG / PDF
• Free revisions: Up to 2 times
• Any edits not included in the original form (text, icons, character elements, patterns, etc.) will incur an additional fee.
• Full design revisions are not available, even with extra payment.

■ File Storage & Revisions After Delivery
• Files will be stored for up to 15 days after delivery via email.
• Revisions or resending requests after delivery will incur additional charges (except for our mistakes).

■ Communication & Other Policies
• Do not rush the process.
• Excessive requests will be declined, and rude messages will not be answered.
• If no feedback is received within 7 days, the commission will be automatically canceled without notice.
• We are not responsible for any resources that include copyrighted content provided by the client.
